Casual tier
We proudly hold the Thai SELECT Casual certification — an official mark awarded by the Ministry of Commerce of the Royal Thai Government. It is given only to restaurants that serve genuinely authentic Thai food, prepared with proper ingredients, real Thai spices and traditional cooking methods.
The program was created because so many restaurants abroad call themselves “Thai” without cooking the real thing. So this is not us calling ourselves authentic — the Thai government verifies it.
We opened our first kitchen in 2023 as a purely Thai restaurant in Buda. Our big debut came at the Thai Festival in the Museum Garden, where we quickly became a favourite of the Street Kitchen food blog.
In early 2026 we moved to one of the city's busiest spots, right next to Heroes' Square.
At our new home we saw that many guests were also looking for the familiar flavours of home. So we carefully expanded our menu with Hungarian classics — without ever letting go of our authentic Thai roots. Now no one has to choose: lovers of Thai food and fans of hearty Hungarian cooking can sit down at the very same table. That is how our Thai–Hungarian fusion kitchen was born.
Read the Street Kitchen article ↗Thai cooking is our passion — but here at Heroes' Square, in the heart of Budapest, Hungarian flavours matter just as much. We make our goulash, beef stew, breaded cutlet and Angus burgers with the very same care and quality as our Thai dishes. Whether you crave a fiery Tom Yum or a plate of pörkölt, you get the real thing.
